  • How do I log in to Ice36 if I’m on my phone and can’t see the full menu? Open the Ice36 site, tap the “Log in” button at the top of the screen, then enter your email (or username) and password. If the header is hidden, scroll up to reveal it and try again.
  • What should I do if Ice36 says my password is wrong even though I’m sure it’s correct? Use “Forgot password” on the login screen and reset it through the email link, then sign in with the new password. Also check Caps Lock and any saved password in your browser that may be outdated.
  • How can I log in to Ice36 if I didn’t receive the SMS or email verification code? Wait 1–2 minutes, request a new code, and make sure your phone has signal and your inbox isn’t filtering messages into Spam or Promotions. If the code still doesn’t arrive, switch to the other method offered on the same screen, like email instead of SMS.
  • Can I stay logged in on Ice36 so I don’t have to enter my password every time? Turn on the “Remember me” option if it appears, and only do this on a private device you control. On shared devices, log out after the session and avoid saving the password in the browser.
  • What do I do if Ice36 keeps kicking me back to the login page after I sign in? Clear cookies and cache for Ice36, then try again in a fresh tab or a different browser. If you use a VPN, disable it and retry because the session can reset when the IP changes.
